Help Desk Support:

Hieroglyph Consulting creates together with our partners customized and personalized IT support services.

24/7 and time for response up to 30 minutes, while resolved time can vary from 30 minutes to 24 h.

The Help Desk service is split into 3 subcategories:

Phone Help Desk: its role is to identify a reported issues, understand the impact and offer first steps in resolving the incident by guiding the user;


Remote Help Desk: is used to connect on the user workstation or on servers, serving the purpose to emulate as our specialists were physically near the user. This approach helps us to resolve the incident faster;


On site Help Desk: our specialists will travel to our partners head quarters in order to resolve the incident. In this scenario, the resolve time will be based on the agreed SLA


Help Desk activities are documented based on our internal standard and work instructions. The reports are sent monthly to our customers and represent the ground base for our proactive evaluation and monitoring.

IT environment maintenance and implemention of services:

Free initial audit for the entire IT infrastructure both hardware and software, creation of a comprehensive document, which results in concrete suggestions and proactive measures;


Maintenance for the hardware equipment and services for servers, network, and security;


Management of software and hardware devices, warranties and licenses;


Implementation of communication solutions, messaging and collaboration based on Cloud Technologies. This type of services do not require installation and maintenance of hardware equipment in our partner's locations;


Implementation and integration of hardware and software solutions, developed by Hieroglyph Consulting or third-party on the current infrastructure of our partner;
